When you submit our contact form we collect the fields you provide: name, contact details (email or Telegram handle), project name or link and your message, together with the service categories you select. We also automatically log the submission timestamp and IP address for spam and security prevention.

3. Why we process it

This data is processed solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential collaboration and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent (given via the form) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries sent to us.

4. Where it is stored

Submissions are stored as lead records on our server and forwarded by email to our team's inbox. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond replying to you and, if a collaboration starts, delivering our services.

5. How long we keep it

We retain lead records for 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless a longer retention is required to comply with a legal obligation or to maintain an ongoing client relationship.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run this site, plus optional analytics cookies that are only set after you give consent through the cookie banner. Your choice is remembered locally in your browser (via localStorage and a brf_consent cookie) and can be changed at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
